Second time using Robbie Richards company. First time was about three years ago. Both times as seller of homes and both times he was honest on what I needed done.

Buyer of this house had their own inspection done and was told tank was 3 1/2 feet down so would require risers installed for $2,500 and it would cost $1,000 to pump the 1,500 gallon tank!  Another company I called said tank was in danger of collapsing and would require replacement at a cost of $4,500, of course!

Jamie (Robbie's son) and Jay came out and diagnosed the problem. No attempt to oversell you as other companies always do. Both laughed at my stories of buyer's inspection saying riser's were necessary and my second estimate that said tank was in danger of collapsing.

As an experienced house seller and user of trade services, I always get 3 estimates for work before selecting a trade and Richards Septic was who I chose and am very happy with the work they performed.

Great job. Ended up needing a new tank, the tank was 50 years old and was crumbling in. He was cheaper and nicer than the other guys. A family run business.

It was a very good experience. He knew right where everything was and was very knowledgeable of how a septic tank service works. I was prepared to spend $5,000.00 dollars or more but ended up only having to spend $1,500.00. This service determined that the field lines were blocked near the septic tank causing most of field lines to be "dry" (not working). He was able to fix this condition saving me a lot of money.
